Through our partnership with ReadingStar Language Institute, we are developing an English reading comprehension assessment test and an English library solution. Based on AI-powered reading comprehension scores, we recommend English books. Through repeated reading of English books tailored to the appropriate level, we provide the most effective solution for improving English reading comprehension skills. As of 2024, more than 50 institutions, serving thousands of learners, are using it.

Analyze market and customer needs to define business initiatives for the company and coordinate execution with internal teams
시장과 고객의 요구를 분석해 회사가 추진할 사업 아이템을 정의하고, 내부 팀과 함께 실행을 조율합니다.
Responsibilities 담당 업무
•
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including product/development/design teams, to structure initiatives and define execution roadmaps
내외부 이해관계자 및 제품/개발/디자인팀과 협업해 아이템 구조화 및 실행 로드맵 정의
•
Discover new leads targeting academies, schools, and educational companies, and collaborate with the sales team
학원·학교·교육기업 대상 신규 리드 발굴 및 세일즈 팀과의 협업
•
Support service onboarding, analyze operational performance, and establish renewal/upsell strategies
서비스 도입 온보딩 지원, 운영 성과 분석, 재계약·업셀 전략 수립 지원
•
Identify and propose business opportunities that can be linked with products by reflecting policy and institutional trends, including partnerships and government support programs
파트너십, 정부지원사업 등 정책·기관 트렌드를 반영해 제품과 연계 가능한 사업 기회 발굴 및 제안
Requirements 자격 요건
•
3+ years of experience in BD or PM in the IT industry, or equivalent experience
IT 업계 BD 또는 PM 경력 3년 이상, 또는 유사 경력
•
Experience participating in and leading customer meetings and business discussions
실제 고객사와의 미팅 참여 및 비즈니스 논의 진행 경험 보유
•
Basic English communication skills
기본적인 영어 소통 가능
Preferred Qualifications 우대사항
•
Experience in BD or planning in edtech, education, or content fields is preferred
에듀테크/교육/B2B 솔루션 분야 BD 또는 기획 경험 우대
•
Experience in business planning utilizing government or institutional programs is preferred
정부·기관 프로그램을 활용한 사업 기획 또는 참여 경험 있으면 우대
•
Experience living in English-speaking countries or working in an English-speaking work environment is preferred
영어권 거주 경험 또는 영어 사용 업무 환경의 업무 경험 우대
